  • Delivery Information

    Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

    Please allow 3 - 10 working days for your order to arrive. Please allow an additional 2 working days for orders received during our sales and promotions.

    We are committed to providing great service from start to finish, including punctual delivery. But during busier periods like December and during sales and promotions we advise customers to allow for a slightly longer delivery time.

    Please note that shipping rates & delivery times may vary. If you are ordering a pre-order product, please see the product page for estimated shipping date.

  • Order confirmation

    Once you've placed an order, when an item is ready to ship, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. As a guide, your order will normally be confirmed within 24 hours. You'll receive a further email to confirm dispatch, no later than 5 days after purchase.

  • Tracking Your Order

    We send most orders using secure tracked services so that you can follow your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number, so you can follow your order.

    Signature Requirements

    A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept the order, the courier will leave a card asking you to arrange collection from your nearest Post Office, or to arrange a re-delivery.

  • Delivery Address

    You may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address.

    We made shopping for friends and family even easier. Your items can now be delivered to your own billing address, as well as up to ten other addresses. To add a new address to your account simply update your delivery address by logging into 'My Account' and selecting the ‘Modify your address book’

  • Incorrect Or Overdue Item

    We are very sorry you have an item that isn’t what you ordered. If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, call our Customer Services team for assistance on +47577984996, 10:00 – 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.

  • Delivery Charge For Each Item

    You only pay one charge delivery charge for each order, regardless of how many items you order.
