These Terms constitute the entire agreement between NATALY.Fashion and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Accepting these terms and conditions
The contract between us
When you place an order to purchase product(s) using the website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those product(s). We only accept your order when we have confirmed availability and have processed the payment on your credit card successfully. The contract between us is formed at the point we accept your order. See the “Placing Orders” section below for further details.
When you order product(s) on-line for the first time you will need to register with us by setting up an account. This is for security reasons. It also avoids you having to re-enter your details when you place subsequent orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being or are likely to be used in an unauthorised way.
Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete and inform us promptly of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address).
To order any product(s), you must be at least 18 years of age (or any older age legally required under local law to bind yourself legally to these terms and conditions). If you are under 18 you must involve a parent or guardian when placing orders on-line using the website. By doing so, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of placing the order. Details will be set out in the acknowledgement email. It is not possible to change your order – you’ll need to cancel (and/or return original item(s)), and re-order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.
Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we believe there is an attempted fraud with an order or an account. If this happens to you and you believe we’ve made a mistake, please contact us.
Risk and Ownership
The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
Price and Payment
The price of product(s) is as quoted on the website from time to time.
Prices exclude delivery costs (if applicable), which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due. Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect that have already been placed and confirmed.
It is always possible that, despite best efforts, some of the product(s) listed on the website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of the despatch procedure so that, where a product(s) correct price is less than the stated price, you will be charged the lower amount. If a product(s) correct price is higher than the price stated on the website, we will normally either contact you for instructions before despatching the product(s), or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
Payment for all orders must be made by credit, debit card or PayPal on the checkout page. The website accepts payment by most major credit and debit cards.
Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order occurs in the case of on-line orders when we send you the Online Order Despatch Note email at the point we dispatch the items (see The Contract Between Us section above). You are responsible for ensuring the email address and other contact details you provide to us are correct. We will not be responsible if you do not receive the Despatch Note email or other confirmation from us where the details you have supplied are incorrect or in the event of communication system failures outside our control.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
We accept payment online in the following currencies: Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and Ukranian Hryvna (UAH).
All transactions are processed in Pound Sterling (£). Any payments made using foreign cards with international currencies will be processed in Pounds and a conversion rate will be applied by the bank, card issuer, or tertiary service used to process this payment. In the case of a refund, payments via non-uk cards may vary slightly from the original amount charged. This is determined by the fluctuating exchange rates with the relevant currency. If you have any queries regarding a refund amount, or currency exchanges please contact our customer services.
Although we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
We make every effort to display the colours, sizes and specifications of items available on the Website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will however depend on the resolution of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the sizes and specifications of items displayed on our Website without prior notice. Any information on the Website regarding sizing of Products is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order. We cannot guarantee that a particular colour, size or specification of an item will be available. A member of our Customer Services team will contact you if the item you have ordered is no longer available.
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. A list of the countries we deliver to is available on the website and can be found in the checkout process.
If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to complete delivery. If that is the case, you will be notified. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses.
Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom
If you order Product(s) for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
VAT and Duties
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU will be subject to import taxes, fees, levies or other charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, or the recipient of the purchase if different.
It is your responsibility as purchaser and importer that any products ordered comply with local import regulations and that there are no restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
We strongly recommend that purchasers establish the likely charges applicable in the country of destination before placing an order. Please ensure the recipient is aware that they will be liable for those charges.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered (with the exception of items listed below and vouchers) within 14 days, of the delivery. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

Faulty or damaged Items
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team.
If you receive an item(s) which is faulty or damaged. You must inform our Customer Service team as soon as possible and return item(s) to Nataly.fashion within 14 days of receiving the items. (supplying them with the order reference details shown on the delivery documentation together with details of the damage or fault). We will then send replacements or offer you a refund.
We ask that you return the damaged or faulty item(s) to us by tracked and signed service.
On receipt of your returns and accompanying paperwork, we will check to ensure the item(s) have complied with our returns policy. If they have, you will receive an e-mail to the address supplied with your order to confirm the item and the value of your refund. We may be send back item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Refund and Exchange
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange an item purchased at www.nataly.fashion
If you would like to cancel or amend your order before we have dispatched it from our distribution centre then please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already left our distribution centre then unfortunately it is not possible to cancel it at this stage. Instead once your order has arrived simply follow the returns instructions and when we have received your goods you will be issued with a refund. From time to time the Website may run promotions where discount codes are offered. These can be used to discount the price of Product(s) ordered online, subject to the terms and conditions under which they were issued (as indicated in our relevant promotion from where the code was obtained. Discount codes can only be used once, and only during the period of validity stated and only in respect of the relevant Product(s) stated. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash. Any discount codes obtained by way of referring friends to the Site must be obtained in good faith and without any arrangement for the purpose of earning credit where invites and subsequent purchases are not genuine.
