Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Information

    We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

  • Returns Policy

    Please Log into your account & head over to “my order history” go to View button than return button and submit your return request online. When status of your request will be changed you will receive automatic notice.

    After we have checked all the details, we will send you form that will state the address you need to return the item. Please enclose the Returns form inside of your parcel.

    We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received your refund notification.

  • Clothing

    Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged merchandise. Items must be in original condition with all labels and tags left attached and not altered, with their corresponding purchase receipt.

    When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, fragrance, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks.

    We will be unable to accept and may be sent back to the customer the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

  • Refunds

    When we receive your order, we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful and your original payment method will be credited. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply).

    Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

  • Faulty Items

    Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged items should be returned to Nataly.Fashion. On receipt of your returns and accompanying paperwork, we will check to ensure the goods have complied with our returns policy, and if they have, you will receive an e-mail to the address supplied with your order to confirm the item and the value of your refund.

  • Exchange

    Unfortunately we are unable to exchange an item purchased at nataly.fashion
