Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods to ensure that shopping with us is secure and convenient:

Credit/Debit Card Payments
If you have paid on your debit, credit card. Payment will be taken as soon as you have placed your order. In order to avoid delays in processing your order, please ensure that your name, card number, expiry date and security code are entered correctly as displayed on your card. The security code (CVC) is the last 3 digits printed over the top of the signature field on the back of your Master or Visa card. On American Express cards, the 4-digit security code is printed on the front of the card, to the right above your card number.

Purchasing with PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service, with which you can make payments in online shops simply and free of charge. Your bank or credit card details are only logged with PayPal. For this reason, they are not sent again via the Internet with each online purchase. You can pay with just two clicks. Because you re-access the bank or credit card details logged with PayPal, instead of entering them each time you make a purchase. You will be automatically directed to your PayPal page when you select the PayPal payment method at the checkout and click on “Continue”. There, you make the payment and then you will receive email confirmation from both PayPal and the NATALY.Fashion. Please note payment will be taken as soon as you have placed your order.

Payments for customers without PayPal account
Simply go to checkout, you will be automatically directed to PayPal page when you select ‘Pay by Debit or Credit card’ fill in all required fields and click on ‘Pay Now’ and then you will receive email confirmation from both PayPal and the NATALY.Fashion.

My card is refused
The card may be refused for the following reasons:
- It may have expired. Please check its expiry date;
- It may have reached the spending limit agreed to for making purchases. Check with your bank whether your card has not gone over its spending limit;
- The details entered may be incorrect. Please check if you filled in all the mandatory fields correctly.

Multiple methods of payments
At this time, we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.

Declined Order Payment
Please check with your credit card provider as there can be a number of reasons for this eg credit card not authorized for international transactions.

Security Payments
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
